The Provincial Council of Almeria, the Government of Andalusia, the Spanish Volleyball Federation, the councilors of the host cities and the leaders of the sports clubs organize the Spanish Junior Volleyball Cup that will be held in the province of Almeria from December 27 to 30.

The sporting event had the support of the Department of Culture and Sports of the Junta de Andalucía, the City Council of Almería, Roquetas de Mar and Huércal de Almería, the Provincial Council and the organization of the Mintonnete and Albayyana clubs.

The Deputy for Sports, Health and Youth, María Luisa Cruz, expressed "the pride that Almeria will host the Cadet Spanish Cup 2025, a tournament that returns to our city that has become a historical symbol of national volleyball and a meeting place for hundreds of young athletes and their families".

Cruz added that "the sports tourism center of the Costa de Almeria is presented not only as an ideal destination for practicing high-level sports, but also as a destination for top-level sports tourism, where climate, nature, infrastructure and hospitality become allies in organizing top-level events and spreading the Almería brand beyond our borders."We are convinced that this tournament, in addition to strengthening the local sports structure and promoting a healthy lifestyle, will contribute to the economic and social dynamics of our voivodeship.”

Juan José Alonso emphasized that the meeting is one of the most important grassroots volleyball events at national level, which "confirms Almeria as a reference destination for sports tourism" and which has an economic impact of more than 3.5 million euros, "benefiting hotels, restaurants and local businesses".
